Cancellations, Refunds, & Return Policy
• Order Cancellations (Within 24 Hours):
Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full 100% refund.
• Order Cancellations (After 24 Hours):
Cancellations made after the initial 24-hour period are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to reorder, this fee will be applied as a discount toward your new purchase.
• Cancellations Within 7 Days of Estimated Ship Date:
If you cancel within 7 days of the estimated shipping date, a 50% refund will be issued due to production costs.
• Cancellations After Shipping:
Orders cancelled after shipping will incur both the return shipping cost and a 50% restocking fee.
• Returns:
Saunas may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the pallet and packaging remain unopened. Customers are responsible for return shipping and a 50% restocking fee (excluding applicable sales tax).
• Heaters & Accessories:
Returns are not accepted for heaters or accessories. All sales of these items are final.
• Refund Processing:
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been inspected to confirm all items are present and in good condition.
• Shipping Damage Claims:
Any claims for shipping damage must be made within 5 days of delivery. Please note “subject to inspection” on your delivery receipt.
